Honestly can’t believe it, myself 😆 the thing about these crazy sugar challenges is that you don’t get too “full” and more just hit a wall where it doesn’t want to go down because of the amount of sugar. It also makes you REALLY tired. It must’ve been the salty, gritty PB that made it possible? Idk. Whatever the case, the following day was suspiciously easy on us. It’s always a gamble how the body is going to respond to these things and we got lucky this time 😁 Hope you have an awesome Christmas!

Honestly going to be actively working to get them down a bit 😆 we started off strong but really lost the drive and ability to streamline the process from there 😬 Unfortunately because we choose to leave the entire experience in the final video, if we talk excessively or take forever it ends up being toooo long for the viewer. We just did next week’s challenge (all I can say is omg… it’s mental) and I think it’s a step in the right direction with the pace of things.
