As a Chinese American, I love all types of food because I grew up in a diverse place in general I would eat all sorts of different culture. The only thing is my grandma’s who are Chinese immigrants. They’ll be like oh I can’t eat this because of this including sushi because they think that it’s raw it’s not good. by the way, yeah the quail doesn’t taste like much but it’s nice especially on top of some salmon eggs also the shrimp head is good, especially when it’s fresh cause it’s crunchy 😅
