WE TRIED GOING VEGAN FOR A WEEK | What We Ate + How It Went

Good vlog, very interesting! I couldn’t go 100% vegan, but I rarely eat meat, but on occasion I will eat it. I’d eat prime rib or a rib eye in a hot second, but I won’t buy those expensive cuts of meat. I like the taste of the Impossible burger at Red Robin,. I read that the Impossible burger had ingredients that was closely rated to dog food. I quit reading when I read that, so that could be wrong. I had to quit dairy in the last year due to stomach issues, but I found that I love Silk unsweetened coconut milk from Walmart, it tastes like a diluted dairy half and half. My gastroenterologist told me that hard cheese is easier to digest than softer cheese and my stomach has proven that to be true. I’m glad we got to see Greysons smiling face! Have a great week!

I think I will be similar to you! I will eat plant-based meals with Kevin but also every now and then incorporate chicken or beef :) Mmm, I need to try that Silk Sweetened Coconut Milk!
