Its a nice scam unfortunately that's just now how things work, you cant just vacuum up waste from your pores they are under layers of skin and something that doesn't puncture your skin will not reach it. As for the waste jars you can literally see the same liquid that is claiming to be "waste" be pumped into the pen by a seperate tube (Probably a colored water, at least I hope it is because it comes close to your skin) Also the color is most likely from oils on the face which are CRUCIAL to skin development and for antibacterial properties. And the biggest proof of all is the before and after from 0:34 to 3:50, the ladies look the exact same and if I'm being 100% honest their faces look a little more blemished than they were originally. Be careful for "Cure this" or "Remove this!" scams out there in the world, there's a lot of them. Like detox haha.

Actually your pores begin at the surface of your skin. Have you ever used pore strips or a peel off mask before? Maybe you were blessed with good skin and cannot see your pores, but for many people they are clearly visible on the face. This is entirely feasible. Not that it's necessarily a good thing though, if you remove the gunk from the pores and leave them open, they're just going to become clogged again shortly thereafter. Complete waste of money!
