You can try if it is available there. There is international chain for Indian; food place name: Barbeque Nation; It is pure unlimited indian food experience, and including buffet. You can try if it is there in your country; Though it will not be tasting as authenticate as in India

Being from india i can say that most of the indian dishes consumed globally comes from north india. You should explore from south, mid india, northeast. They have some pretty amazing food. Also, the way indian can transform the vegetables into delicious food is just amazing. We can make 1 vegetable in atleast 10 different ways and they all would taste different

No of course double dipping is not ok especially if it is a communal dip. We have the concept of jootha. My grandmother didn't even taste the food she cooked. It was considered sacrilegious almost like you are feeding someone something from your mouth. Times have changed and many people do taste the food they are cooking. My grandmother never ate at hotels cos they tasted food while cooking. She ate at temples where even now food is cooked without it being tasted.

I think you guys should try food from where I’m from Fujian, China. 1 recommendations to try from specifically the region of Fujian, China is peanut butter noodles or as we like to call it 拌面 (Ban Mian). 2:14 NEVER let your chaat or any such golgappe or papri type of indian snack wait for long time. Dahi/yoghurt makes Puri or papdi loose its Crunchiness, if you don't eat it instantly. And that crunchiness gives extra dimension to the flavours & texture of chaats.... along with sweetness of chutney and freshness of yoghurt.

One advice for the dahi poori or paani poori, DO NOT WAIT too long to eat it as soggy ones do not taste as good as the crunchy ones. So you need to eat them as soon as they come to the table. The textures and flavors are on a different level.

You were right. The chicken in Indian mains is juicy and tender because it's seared fast in high heat to lock in the juices and then slow-cooked with the sauce later. We do the same with mutton (we usually mean 'Chevon' by mutton, while lamb is also available - but lamb is a cheaper meat here).

So the dahi golgappa is actually one of it's kind of panipuri.. Panipuri and golgappa are same things just pronounced differently in different places.. Somewhere it's panipuri and somewhere it's golgappa! And it's variants are there.. Like here you had one kind that is "dahi golgappa" The one you tried that day with water and spicy one is it's another varient! Enjoyyy🙌🏻❤

The reason why you didn't like the Gajar ka halwa is bcz you started eating the desert with the sweetest one.. Whenever you have to eat multiple desert start with the item which is less sweet first, the proceed gradually and the sweetest desert should be eaten at last.. So you should have eaten like this 1- Gajar ka halwa, 2- Desert which had condensed milk 3- The gulaab jamun..

Yeah.. We have a lot of food which is cooked with slow process with our whole lot variety of spices which makes its distinctive..... Hence the different flavour of taste than the other cuisinues! ✌🏻
