Krigin-style Beef Nabe
Beef (lean meat, cut into bite-size pieces)
Green onions (the more the better, thinly sliced)
Miso (red miso paste, maybe salty rather than sweet)
sake
sugar
Cut beef into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange the beef on top of the pot, pour the miso/sake/sugar mixture over the beef, and sprinkle the thinly sliced green onions on top.
Heat while turning over and serve.
Might be good with tofu or something!
