So here is a bit of a tip from Ed Currie himself. The guy who bred the hottest pepper in the world. Don't drink milk or water when trying hot sauce because it does nothing but make you feel a temporary relief. You need to drink something that is acidic which will cut through the capsaicin. A good go to is lemonade.

Omg i feel ao bad i cant really buy many of them. I have a low spice tolerance, and i recently found out im allergic to tomato, so i cant try any of those. Im afraid to get the gut grenade, but im glad it didnt sound too spicy. I am allergic to wheat (which is in soy sauce) but in very small quantities I might be able to try the sweet sting. 😅 when it comes to the UK i might try them.
