We had a game mode in our group called ODDs. It goes as follows: Position 1 offense; You are responsible for scoring mainly, cannot take either of your back 100 boost since your defense player will need them, cannot save the ball, can divert shots before they reach goalie box. Position 2 Defense; You make all saves, cannot touch the ball unless its in your half, You are allowed to shoot from your half, air dribbles and resets are allowed, once your wheels touch go back to your half. Leave your half at your own risk. Position 3: Demos; Self-explanatory, You are not allowed to touch the ball unless its demoing an opponent with control of the ball. Positions rotate every scored goal. i.e. offense goes down to defense, defense to demos, demos to offense. We found this to be extremely entertaining in gc lobbies. Idk how it'll do at your skill level but it's a lot of fun.

Do a challenge where you have to fake before you hit the ball. Like one player fakes before hitting it or everyone has to do one fake after kickoff before they can touch the ball.

Some additional ideas: -Possession: Keep the ball as much as possible, doesn't matter how many touches. -Jose Mourinho: (Or just counter attacking) sit deep in your own half and try and hit them on the counter, if you can't score in 10-15 seconds then you have to give the ball back to your opponents (doing that by shooting is fine) -Roberto De Zerbi: Pass the ball around the back until the opponents press then launch a devastating counter-attack (difference to the Mourinho one is in that one you counter as soon as you win the ball always) -Bielsa Ball: replicate Macerlo Bielsa's style by having your team man marking your opponents and pressing them intensely. (It'll be a terrible strategy in rocket league but it would be hilarious)

Should have been modded to make the car which last touched the ball goes ghost and will go straight through the ball, actually unable to touch it, until someone else does. It would also need to have a bit of code to include the car remaining ghosted until its hitbox does not overlap with the hitbox of the ball.
