Cheese "ice cream" is already a thing. Pinoy brands make "keso" flavor, and you can also get ube keso flavor. (technically it's not ice cream because it lacks butterfat. it's classified as a "mellorine" in the US because it uses milk and vegetable fat)

I agree. I don’t like Kraft Mac and Cheese that much, at least the normal version with the powder mix. I feel that the cheese is pretty processed with a lot of chemicals. I don’t really taste cheese that much, and the consistency is very liquidity. The deluxe version and Velveeta are better since they at least have an actual cheese mixture and aren’t as processed as the powder version is, and I actually taste some cheese. The consistency is actually what it should be, creamy and thick as homemade Mac and Cheese. But Cheese and Ice Cream DON’T add up at all, lmao. I think it would make me sick also, and the taste might not be good.
