For anyone who is a Mario kart beginner or is just not familiar with how it works: 0:45 Mario kart online only runs ok because it lies about where people are (it’s just guessing) 1:42 If you drift at the right angle you can pull this shortcut off by two different ways, either drift boost into a hop if you get a more inwards drift, or jump trick off the indent on the side of the road 2:02 2:17 3:08 (they talk about it a lot) You can get bullet bills in this map as well as a few others thanks to Mario karts giving better items to people in the back (that’s why people do bagging) also Brent was only half right it does take into account how far away you are from first but it also takes your placement as well (no matter how far you are from first 2nd won’t ever get last place items, except on a few maps) 4:01 Yes CPUs are the only one who rubber band, what Nick did was bag basically 4:24 coins are really op in Mario kart they boost your top speed by 10% (which is a lot) 4:57 if you hit the moving cloud on your way down the gliding section you unlock the secret path for you and everyone behind you for that lap which was probably how Vernias was about the get that speed boost 7:47 at the end of a race blue shells target person who’s closest to the finish line (if you finish the blue shells not gonna target you unless it locks on you before you finished) 8:04 please for the love of god answer this question Nintendo I’ve been wondering it since the Wii u

Nick, the Blue Shell targets the person in the lead or whoever's in 1st place, yes, but since it travels along the ground instead of in the air like in MK Wii, it also hits whoever is in its path, so there's a chance YOU COULD get hit, even if you're not in 1st place, just like if you were hit by a Green Shell.
