Gai yang Yai Phaeng next to Aomsin bank at Khao Saun Kwang is my favorite Kai Yang place.

You guys made me hungry. Gai Yang and Som Tum with the sticky rice are the most favourite dishes of all Thai People and you can find it everywhere through out the country. Each restaurant or vendor has their own tastes/recipes and most of them are always delicious. The vegetables that you like in Thai called ถั่วฝักยาว Tua Fug Yao ( Long Beans) and another one called มะเขือเปราะ Ma Khue Poh (Thai Eggplant).
