flatforms are actually really easy to walk in. you just have to be careful not to kick into a curb/ stair- you only lift your foot high enough for a normal shoe. it can also feel a bit weird not being able to bend your foot while walking, but it you adjust to that really fast.

I have 5 inch platforms and you walk similarly to high heels. You’re more stable than them but it definitely is a little weird as you can sort of slam your foot when you go heel to toe, but you eventually get the hang of it
