I do manual massage or a roller and use a NuFace microcurrent device. Great results, and no pulling. Also, the miceoneedling with the other steps is questionable to me. I would never let someone use a microneedler roller like that on me that has been used on other people’s faces unless I was in a dermatologist’s offfice (and they would likely use a dermapen). Also, you want to follow up with hyaluronic acid or a good serum, not oil.

wrinkles come when your body doesn't repair or produce collagen and elastin fast enough due to age or sun damage to replenish the trauma. Normally, a bit of this every now and then would actually be good for skin turnover and regeneration of cells.

It's not working out your muscles 😑 The "instant" slimming effect comes from your lympnodes being drained during the massage. Thai poultice facial massage will do the same thing (but looks way more comfortable than this) i would know because I used to provide those facials. Drives me crazy that people so easily spread misinformation

I am a licensed esthetician. All estheticians are trained in facial massage. We have to show all massage techniques to pass the state licensing exams. All these people are doing is petrissage, effleurage, tapotement etc etc ... all normal stuff. what is not so normal is that it looks like there is no extraction. . Facial massage makes your skin glow because of increased blood circulation to the skin and relaxation of muscles make you look refreshed and reduction of puffiness due to lymph. Facial massage feels great but it is not a complete facial.
