Strange how Haix never sent you Добрый Кола as it's the closest replacement for original Cola today in Russia. It's basically being made on same factory which was producting Cola in Russia. Also about sweets and stuff: it's not exactly that we eat here. And definetely not the best that you can get in Russia. If you interested, try сгущенка, батончики компании Ротфронт, ванильный зефир, мятные пряники, рахат-лукум (Some turkish food not originated in Russia but quite popular here) и сырки вроде Б.Ю. Александров (Big problem is that they definetely will not survive travelling over the sea but with good amount of luck you may find it in some russian/ukranian/polish grocery store in USA)

Actually, there is no lack of Western snacks or drinks at all. Only Coca-Cola and PepsiCo drinks became harder to find, mostly you get them from Borat now (Kazakhstan). Also, most of these "Coolcola" type of products are trash. The real replacement for Coca-Cola is Добрый-кола named after one of the biggest COK (juice) brands Добрый ([Dobriy], Kind) and it's being produced at the same factories. The logo is different but it tastes basically the same.

These are not replacement products, they are just another brands that jumped on the "hype train" when the big brands were leaving Russia. In most cities, the same products are still selling, some remained under the same name, and some simply rebranded and changed the name. Привет из России, черноголовка кстати самая вкусная среди всех кока-кол которые импортозаменили, забавный факт обычно мы говорим не Черноголовка, а чёрная головка :) лозунг с которым черноголовка появилась в России был "Пейте без остановки напитки из Черноголовки", coolcola, fancy и streer выпускаются заводом где раньше разливали квас, касаемо funny cat и bang bang, это не официальные продукты, которые используются как импортозамещение, oreo в целом пока ещё продаётся, Русский дар это дочерняя компания PepsiCo. и этот бренд так же как и завод раньше разливал квас в России, тульский пряник это исключительно русский десерт, который существует долгие годы, обычно его едят бабушки вместе с чаем, bombbar тоже является продуктом, который пытается быть похожим хоть на что то, энергетики в России пока что тоже не заменяются и продаются оригинальные RedBull, Adrenaline, Monster и многие другие, обычно с такими напитками происходит другой процесс, их начинают закупать в других странах, основной поставщик, необычных или убранных с продажи товаров это Казахстан, супер контик тоже товар появившийся давно, и он тоже не является импортозамещением чего либо, просто продукт который начали выпускать, тархун это тоже очень старый российский продукт, некий традиционный напиток, байкал это нечто необычное для описания, ведь такой вкус есть только вот у черноголовки байкал, и нет это не вода взятая из байкала и приправленная сахаром, мармелад без бренда это просто обычный мармелад, который тоже давно выпускается в России, возможно это была попытка сделать копию турецкого мармелада, но не рахат-лукума.

Actually Coca Cola didn't leave Russia they've just stopped selling Coke under the original brand and instead sell it under one of its other brands that already existed called Dobry (Добрый) - it's literally the same drink from the same company made on the same factories. And Chernogolovka Cola is not a replacement per se - it existed way before 2022 and it's not meant to be exactly like Coke, it's milder and has a bit of a herb flavour like Baikal, I personally like a bit more than the original Coke. Tarhun is a drink made of estragon and is from the Caucasus region. Oreos were never popular in Russia (I personally think they're garbage), which is probably the reason they didn't even try to make better packages.

Disclaimer: These are mostly the worst replacements, being chosen on purpose. Real Coca-Cola is now produced under the brand "Добрый Cola" and mcduck didn't change at all as well - it is sold to a Russian businessman and just works under a different brand. All the other brands are either still in Russia or just got sold and rebranded the same way.

I dont think popular brends fully left Russia. When I go to the supermarket, there is still a lot of bottles and cans of Coca Cola, Pepsi, Monster, Flash, Red Bull, Mountain Dew, Fanta, Sprite and other stuff, which tastes the same like several years ago, that's for drinks. For chips, we still have Lays, Pringles and i think that all for chips. For cookies, we still have Oreo with normal flavour, chocolate flavour and strawberry flavour, i guess.

Where are u living? I agree about chips and oreo, but drinks - wha? I mean, in my case, from simple fizzy drinks that produced in Russia by American brands, not imported, it's extremely hard to find something bigger than 0.5l, usually cans. Also it became hard to find some tastes of Monster like white or original. And everything of it was grew on price for like +30-40%, so nah, I buy our own brands mostly at this moment
