Kalles is smoked cod roe, sugar, salt, potato flakes and tomato puree. It´s a staple with boild eggs here in Sweden. We usually don't eat it alone, but when we do, we use it as a topping on Swedish crisp bread...

I grew up in the DC area and went to Air & Space Museum a few times on school field trips. You can get freeze dried ice cream there. That stuff is pretty good.
