Also in the first randoweiser run, fat boy in rad zone is not optimal because all the grunts, guards, slashers, pretorians AND swarmers resist radiation damage in that biome.

Use Gunner's revolver (1/2, 1/3, 1/2/3, 1/2, 1/2) for best customization or Driller's Subata (1, 2, 1, 1/2, 2) since it's faster. Don't use because Scout's crossbow because it's slow to reload and does less damage, but if you really want to use (1/2/3, 1/2, 1/2, 1/2, 3) you can still retrieve the bolts even if you hit something as long as it doesn't stop in a bug but retrieving bolts is probably not going to be the only thing on your mind.

@@DrDevvi ehh, breach cutter could've worked with roll control to carve tunnels of plasma trail through the hordes, but I personally would've stuck with the PGL just not with hyperpropellent; a full ammo build fat boy could delete massive chunks of the swarm and lock down an area against other bugs moving through it or gone with the ammo overclocks or even RJ250 built around ammo mods and/or blast radius and the incendiary compound mod to hit as large of an area and set all but the biggest bugs ablaze in a single shot. Shard diffractor running feedback loop for the scaling area damage and radius when combined with the biomass converter could fire for a LONG time and just eat the swarms to keep itself going without draining more than 50 or 100 battery charge at most in a single pull of the trigger

custom difficulty for deep rock galactic. but you need to find the code for 1x64 mission and paste it into the custom mission tab. I dont know where the code is so you might have to do some digging on forums. theres definetly a website that lists all the custom difficulties i just dont know where it is anymore

If hiveguard has only 1 horn left, you can shoot it and remove it and damage him at once. also regardless of horn count you can 1shot hiveguard with bulk explosion. doesn't work for og dread though.
