I think it would be cool if there was an assassin symbol that destroyed billionaires, bounty hunters, zaroffs, robin hoods, thiefs, and other assassins, then gave 100 gold for each one destroyed. Or maybe 20 if you want it to be balanced

Yeah, but dont zaroffs destroy every human for 20 gold each ._. All you need is 'Zaroff's contract' for bounty hunters to also kill zaroff. Your ideas good bt it would be pointless considering its already in the game just not as 1 thing

You actually explained the checkered flag essence wrong. It makes them give the gold instantly for seven spins then it gets destroyed and there is no lasting effect

Golden arrow can multiply at most 6 items 4 times. Usually they multiply around 2 or 3 items. Joker multiplies 8 items 2 times. Because of the card shark, when suit is multiplied, the next suit takes its full value as their base value and multiplies that, so more adjacent suits the better (and all suits are adjacent on telescope spins) So the build would be better, if you replaced golden arrows with suits

Does your keyboard have a Fn button to the left of the space bar? If so you can hold that and the 7 key to use f7.
