This mixture looks great! I made the viral chocolate bar. I got my pistachio filling at World Market $7 and Walmart $5. You have to brown the Kataifi in butter (I purchased at a local Middle Eastern grocery store) before mixing in the pistachio butter. Some add tahini for a creamier taste. 😊😊

You have to cook the kataifi in a skillet with butter till it's brown...
