I probably wouldn't make a special trip just to go to Fallow (I live 200 miles away) but if I end up in London and it's the right situation I'd definitely go, seems quality food that isn't mega expensive in a chilled atmosphere. Although I'll be honest, barring the odd training course, the only time I'm in the London is with the football lads and we're a bit jolly before we've got off the train so definitely not their clientele! :D

Balls of steel you guys have... of course you made a name for yourselfs. But filling up this huge space with both guests and plenty of staff that has the right motivation. The restaurant looks amazing! Can't believe that coral wall was 3D printed, it's huge! Also, what an interesting concept, having a chefs table at the prep kitchen. Would be so awesome for non-chefs to see the bones of a kitchen, what goes on behind the scenes.
