Thank you so much. I spent days looking for someone showing the Auto KVM and smart switch feature and only you explained it in details and made me decide to buy the monitor...

Great content, thanks for sharing! Would be dope to add a couple wireless charging spots, fabbed into the base of the stand.

I just purchased this beautiful monitor and have my MBP connected with Thunderbolt and my Windows laptop connected via DP with the USB-C upload. I'm trying to use my wireless Logitech MX Master 3S mouse and with the Logi Bolt receiver plugged into the monitor, my Windows machine sees it perfectly but my MBP doesn't see it and the mouse won't go to that side of the screen. Only when I physically plug the Logi Bolt receiver into the MBP do I see the mouse over there..but then it doesn't work on the Windows Machine. Can you please share the exact connections you have with the mouse and keyboard on your side so I can try to replicate it and see what I might have wrong. Dell support was HORRENDOUS so I'm trying to work with anyone that might have actual hands-on experience. Thanks so much in advance!

@@LetsDoBonsai Did you end up needing to purchase any additional cables to get your setup running initially? Awaiting delivery of mine and I also have a laptop PC and laptop Macbook that I'll be connecting. Also, how is everything holding up? All is well with the monitor and experience?

@ I didnt need to purchase anything extra - but i have since bought 3 more of these monitors, at the moment these are the best monitors ive ever owned, no negatives from me.

this does picture by picture no way i been looking for something like this for a long time where i can have one monitor for two devices i use pcs and consoles

So there's only 2 inputs for the monitor? I need at least 3. 2 HDMI and 1 display port. Already have 1 HDMI using a switch box so that's not a solution. Ill stick with my u3815dw for now. Also not sure how 4k video feeds will look in 5k? Larger? Too small. I'll have to check out micro center if they get one in store

Thank you for your VLOG. The first thing i noticed was your monitor height. I made the big mistake of raising the monitor arm to the top and it can not be released. Im looking up at the monitor and it gives me a headache looking upwards all the time. I have just been on the phone to the DELL help desk for 3 hours going from department to department and "NOBODY IN DELL HELP DESK" KNOWS HOW TO LOWER THE REAR MONITOR ARM SO I CAN LOWER THE MONITOR TO MY DESIRED HEIGHT. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot adjust the height of this monitor. It is stuck in the sights setting. How do you unstuck it?

Purchased it recently with advanced 3Y paid support/replacement service. from the day one issue with TB connection to laptop. Warning a very expensive headache with poor TB4 KVM hub hardware. TB4 connection drops randomly disconnecting wired ethernet and most annoyingly in the middle of conf call. Only way to restore it by switching on/off monitor power. How embarrassing output from a £1.8k product. TB also stops PD to laptop. Otherwise it could have been an excellent buy. Dell support proved to be joke. They have been dragging troubleshooting beyond 14 day cooling off period for return so that online support team can wash their hand with it. They don’t even want to share a complain procedure.
