That lovely old stone barn could / should be used to re-house the model railway so that visitors can see it. I think it would make a brilliant attraction if you are intending to open it to the public. I think people would pay good money to see that in such a setting.

Love that you talked about giving back the wildlife with the woods you’ve reintroduced near the 4x4 course. I recently read “The Book of Wilding” by Isabella Tree - and its all about an estate they inherited in the UK, and made into a thriving business by giving it back to nature. Perhaps some of your land could be re-wilded and you could benefit from eco-tourism!

This is the sort of tour that might have been conducted on horseback, but you are you, and don't shy away from the wet and muck. Good humor, and amazing neighbors. His Majesty can probably recommend someone great to help with your formal gardens when you are ready. A really interesting collection of historical locations, which will be fun to revisit in future videos. I learnt to land aircraft at Chavenage in the day. I remember the strip being short and bounded by trees, making it challenging! My instructor said if you could land at Chavenage you can land anywhere!

How freaky, I visited that church for the very first time last Thursday while they were preparing for the Christmas music night the following evening. What an incredible setting for a wedding! Congratulations on your wedding. I do think that most of your buildings could be turned into holiday lets of differing sizes. The barn could be a large 6 or 7 bedroom house for family reunions or Christmas holidays, while smaller buildings would house smaller groups. Another choice would be to make it an event space on the ground floor and an apartment above.
