if you stay on the plate for 10 minutes you get the tycoon glove and it can be a really good glove, you get around 100 power when all the upgrade are done but people will try to make it self destruct (you need to click the tycoon button 500 times if you want to get a defense mechanism for that)

Btw, there are gloves that require a certain badge to get, I recommend trying to get the relude glove next to overkills stand there is a hatch that can transport you to "where guide resides" and there's obstacles and then a boss fight I recommend watching a tutorial on how to beat it though
