replace it for conduit, if you want to run both then try to swap it for contagion clasp - that was on the fence for me. it's a fine effect but we've got it on karn's bastion.

Mirkwood Bats is great. I added it to Slimefoot and Squee as well. Last night someone played Descent into Avernus, and then I dropped Mirkwood Bats. So the other players were taking 3X the damage for each Treasure I got. 🙂

Most of these decks are crazy, Science is the worst IMO. Dogmeat is bonkers out of the box. Playing the precon on Friday at the release event I did 240 damage with Dogmeat to 2 opponents in the same turn and he had lifelink. My son built Mr House into a dice deck this morning and it's absolutely disgusting. You get multiple treasures and robots every turn and then slam down Warleader's Call or any other anthem. Mothman mills so many cards with rads and seems to grow your team almost like a team wide Managorger Hydra. There's definitely some powerful cards in this set and once built out can be incredible.

I feel like Liberty Prime should be the commander for the Science! deck. It puts a huge threat on the board that just passively cares about having enough artifacts on board to sacrifice to keep itself alive. And it also draws cards. I'm building Liberty Prime with a lot of the upgrades you showed, but I'm also putting in some equipment and moving a few cards from the Dogmeat deck, like Junk Jet, and Codsworth, and Puresteel Paladin. Edit: Plus the passive energy generation is often just good enough that you don't have to worry about tapping Prime in response to his trigger. Edit edit: Also, giant 'Merica robot. DEMOCRACY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE!

I'm building around Liberty Prime as well. Just need to give him +3 power and he turns into a two hit kill from commander damage. Pair with cyberdrive awakener to give him flying and those poor commies won't know what hit them DEMOCRACY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

Interesting to me that you add Decoction Module and Aetherstorm Roc and remove Panharmonicon. It may be too cute, but there is a card called Aethergeode Miner that allows you to pay 2 energy to blink it. So if you produce 2 energy upon a creature etb, you have infinite etb triggers (for something like Impact Tremors) and if you are producing 3+ energy per etb, you have infinite energy

The single combat card seems like a great finisher card for Voltron style decks. Given you do a little set up and make sure that when you play it they don’t have a choice but to take free swings from your commander given no other creatures can be played the turn after and effectively end games.

Why wouldn't you want panharmonicon in an energy deck? Wouldn't you get double of all the energy for the artifacts that say "when this enters the battlefield you get 2 energy" or wouldn't you get double the energy for an artifact coming out with Madison li out. Getting two energy from her instead of 1

Idk man, my buddies tested this out right out of the box and dogmeat ran away with 3 out of the 4 games. Difficult to pilot, but it rebuilds big fatties that are hard to deal with with ease.

I haven't watched the whole video, but there are two different cards that allow you to pay energy to get tokens, and there is a guy that lets you pay 8 energy when it attacks and gives you an additional combat phase (and untaps ya bois)

That is what I am also confused on. When I read it, Dr. Li should still trigger again because an artifact is triggering her ability.

So, Dr. Madison Li cares about when you cast an artifact spell, where as Panharmonicon cares about when and artifact etbs. No interaction there. But, pan does trigger with Gonti’s and decoction module. Especially when you add cards like thopter spy network, efficient construction, or mirrodin besieged. Just 1 Thopter, Myr, Servo, or Construct could produce 6 energy when Pan, gonti, and D-mod are on the field. This is at least how I’m building it.

I recently saw another comment pointing out that if you go to proliferate a rad counter associated to another player you have to also proliferate any kind of counter they have including energy, experience, poison, etc... 701.27a To proliferate means to choose any number of permanents and/or players that have a counter, then give each one additional counter of each kind that permanent or player already has. Relevant because Dr. Madison Li gives an energy counter to the player.
