Why would the auction ban horse plus and not ban cutting up horses at the auction ? I think this is crazy !

My suspicious feeling is that one of the auction staff did that cause he was "unrully" and "out of control around mares"

Leaving a second reply. Triple W Livestock is currently under investigation by the US government for their treatment towards animals and not reporting life threatening injuries. They are risking being forcefully closed down and Horse Plus's video on that poor horse may have been the final nail in the coffin for them. The investigation was started after a male black llama, that they forced through the sale ring instead of calling a vet, died in their care once getting to his sold pen

@@HannaFardew they could have accommodated The horse, he didn't know What he was doing , Doctor Nancy was there and even if A horse to castrated it is not A automatic fix , he asked For Doctor Nancy's assistance after he cut the horse up , that was a little too late . The man didn't have a brain in his head no common sense . the poor animal suffered Horriable !

We helped financially as much as we dared. And Horse Plus ended up rescuing 57 precious lives. Seven had to be euthanized. All in all, TERIFFIC RESULTS! Yea Horse Plus!!! 🥰💓💓💓

Every time I've donated I've said that any horse bought that needs that last act of kindness, I'm A-OK if my $ went there❣️ I don't wish it for any 🐴 but it breaks my 💔more to think of one having to go thru the pipeline in pain‼️ 57 is AMAZING! Great episode. Sorry about the scam, but good that you didn't actually lose money from it. I still can't believe you took in 57 horses in the buy out before the auction. That's just amazing. Makes me so happy that the auction didn't collect their commission on all of those equines either. They need to rethink their self-defeating ban. They're losing money because of it. haha

Exactly, I wonder how much they would have gotten if they went through with it and after the auction fees? I also hope that loosing the commission on 57 horse sales hurts them where it counts - the bank! I couldn't be happier that the buyout worked. I always hated that the auction houses still benefited from the rescued horses.

Unless the sellers removed them shortly after the incident that was recorded by Tawnee and Jason during the protest/buy back. If your talking about the eight years that the auction had allowed them to show up and bid, then yeah. I agree that it’s a sad thing to see such a horribly maintained auction benefit from rescue efforts like that.

I Would like to welcome all the new members of the team, and a huge congratulations to you Dawn. I had watched all the live videos of the auction day and loved that even with some intimidation the police kept things from perhaps turning ugly. It didn't take them that long to understand the situation, I feel. You all had your homework done. Even though it was hectic to say the least you pulled off a monumental rescue and set another goal to the history of Horse Plus and a huge thank you to the veterinarian who assisted that day. ❤ and God bless you all.

Seems to me, that was a "generic" scam, not particularly aimed at the RESCUE, just to any person who wished to get that kennel as a "good deal." Oh yeah, just always remember to know the logo for your bank, your insurance company, cause all this happens every day to me or to a multitude of folks. Learn the signs! ❤

Wow, rough times for you. I deeply admire your approach. As I cannot keep any kind of animals due to health issues, I now live vicariouly through you. I owned a horse when in my 20ies to 30ies. I had the pleasure to train him to the highest level of dressage, but then I had to do the responsible thing and search for a new owner. He was lucky and found a new family who loved him a lot (we kept contact, and I visited him from time to time). It was the reponsible thing to do, but I still miss him so much.

With the buyout scheme you see the face that is selling the horse. Hope you get address. And make a list of who they are and maybe they should not be adopters. You will also meet the horse traders. Changing the law would be great. I will say a prayer for that.❤

That auction hoyse , I believe, is under investifation by tge Federal Government for abuse. Your video came along after they were already under investigation. I think you inadvertantly furnished ibfo that can work sgsinst them. I foundcm the info by Googling the auction by name.

Sorry, was 57, even though 7 had to be euthanized, but that's 57 precious lives that were saved. And the 7 that were euthanized, didn't suffer further. Owners should have done it, not taken them there to possibly go to slaughter.

Just read the email..57 horses..ponies..and donkeys rescued at the auction..the highest number ever..7 had to have the last act of kindness..but out of 57 thats not a bad %..although some are being monitored..and the kicker is that by doing it this way the auction house misses out on their commissions for those 57 sales..🤣😂🤣😂🐎🐎🐎what a result..so if the auction house keeps this up then they'll be losing tons of money..Karma in action right there..I watched the livestream and they were trying everything to intimidate ya'll but you know your rights and did your homework on what property was owned by them and so many people bypassed the auction house and drove them straight to Kory waiting down the rd with empty horseboxes and cash to buy them..couldn't believe when Kory told them no more room..they could have rescued more if they'd had more transport..if it happens next time and they're still BANNED they'll be more prepared but obviously didn't know if people would be willing to do this..amazing ingenuity from all concerned and Justin going back and forth because phone reception was so poor..true hero's every one of you..🇬🇧💞✝️🙏👏👍👏👍🐎🐎🐎🐴🐴🐴🇺🇸
