Heavier characters have a faster max speed but a slower acceleration and worse handling/grip. The kart/wheels also affect the stats a lot.

This reminds me of playing mario kart on the wii 😩 I remember on most maps theres tricks you can do to skip a lot of the map, the good times 😌
