Not sure if it's been said yet, but a potential useful tip for Simon since he mentioned sometimes not being able to see the receipt once it's on the tray because things block it... don't place the receipt at the back of the tray, place it at the front so it's always easy to read. Place large things in the back like the drink and ice cream, sandwich in the middle, and receipt at the front for easy reading!

This was hilarious and INSANELY INFURIATING all at the same time! Simon needs to focus on his OWN job and quit back-seat supervising everyone else's - he shit the bed pretty bad at the beginning, adding Neebs to the mix completely destroyed his world. At the beginning, you should have fired Fernando and utilized Neebs to control the dining room, serving AND bussing, until you opened the drive through. He had nothing to do pretty much until the drive-thru opened. Even when you made him drink & ice cream guy, Simon couldn't let it go and was STILL getting drinks and ice cream, even when he'd ask Neebs to get it, and then making double and confusing himself. Now that the drive through is open, keep Fernando and hire a busser. Y'all need to designate areas for yourselves - keep back staff in the back, front staff in the front. Keep Appsro in the back to help Dora when he's not frying burgers, prioritizing drive-thru orders until Dora's caught up and then help with the in-house orders. Drive-thru guy is ALWAYS the fry guy, except during lunch/dinner rush when you have a designated fry guy. Here are a couple tips that will help TREMENDOUSLY: 1) DORA: LABEL YOUR BURGERS WITH E!!! This will be a game changer!! Dora can just put them on the counter, call out which order # is up, and Simon can grab it from the counter - Dora doesn't have time to run up front and search the 9 million trays Simon has laid out for where to put the burger!! 2) SIMON: Put the receipts on the tray CLOSEST to you and all the items BEHIND it, so you can still read it!! Neebs had the right idea by putting his receipts on the bag at the Drive-thru. 3) Drive-Thru assembles their own orders and keeps fries cooking/stocked in the warmer. Simon should grab his own fries from the warmer when he's grabbing the burgers. Best order of operations for Simon after pulling the receipt should be get drink, grab burger when ready, grab fries, then ice cream last, as you already figured out. 4) NEEBS: You have a garbage can right in front of you at the window - you don't need to run to the dining room to toss stuff. 5) Don't forget you have a stock room too for your dry goods like cups and burger wraps.

as someone who has worked fast food majority of college, I have to say, this is the most entertaining episode yet. Sometimes it feels like how the beginning of the episode is. I do have to recommend, watch the times on the tickets, it'll tell you what to work on first. what worked IRL and in game for me, was work on the condiments and sides first before the actual burger. Everything would fly out :)

FYI you guys can store prepped food in containers in the fridge at the end of the day (onions pickles etc) also you can label the burgers for the front by pressing E. That way they will know wich burger goes on wich tray. Also drinks get warm just like icecream. Better to make it at the end just before order goes out. Love you guys been watching for years. Cheers
