Thankyou to both you & your Mum for not saying anything that is Larger body phobic and against junks foods. All bodys are beautiful and there is body diversity. Like your Mum said... you can be ANY weight as long as your happy inside. ANY body is beautiful and nobody is defined bu numbers! And junk food is not bad. It’s all about Balance. Restriction is the biggest problem. All diets are dangerous unless medically advised by a doctor. The human body isn’t designed to be put into energy deficits. Let’s END diet culture. Whoever is reading this right now.... you are beautiful. Your weight is beautiful... as long as your healthy inside and your organs are functioning.. your breathing.. your vitamin levels are good... than you are healthy ❤️ a BMI means nothing. Only your body can tell you what weight it wants to settle at. Love to everyone ❤️

I feel the same with the body confidence because while I was in school I felt like I was over weight but in reality I wasn’t but even now being 17 turning 18 I still feel like my body isn’t the best and it could be better but I am starting to go to the gym and eat better so that I can be more confident in my own body ❤️❤️

I think you look as good with the nose ring as without it, but my personal opinion on anything beauty related is stay natural x love the vlogs - from someone a bit older than your mum 😉 x Side note, I have been overweight since I hit puberty at 12, I have never had an issue with it because I have always felt "sexy" being curvy. Now at 53 I get people looking at me not believing how much I weigh because of how I carry myself and my own self-confidence. Being overweight does not mean unattractive x

I have struggled with me weight so much for such a long period of time. It's like I don't have a stop button when I see it I want it. I do like going to the gym when I'm there but I need motivation to get me there. I obviously do want to lose weight and I try to stop, which I do for a period of time. Over Christmas I lost 8 pounds then as soon as i went back to college it all came back on. If anyone has some advice in this please let me know!! Xx
