This is so exciting! I can tell you feel relieved at finding a home before baby girl arrives. I am pregnant too, due in July, and I have a new house to move into on April 24th so I'm so grateful to find something before my baby boy arrives. It makes all the difference having more space!!:)

You may have already seen but there's a new legislation that was announced back in January where landlords have an obligation to allow well behaved pets in their rented properties. I assume that this is relevant to the Isle of Wight too as well as mainland England/UK so might be something to look into if you wanted to keep Chai with you! Congratulations on the new home x

I've just sold and bought a house (in January and all in 48hours) we have a 1 year-old --- most stressful thing I've ever done 🤣🤣 couldn't get a babysitter because of lockdown. Good luck 😃 love the house!!!
