24fps is almost always better. 60fps can often create this uncanny valley thing where your brain is freaking out and doesnt know why you hate it.

Use 24fps only if you want to make it feel like cinema. For normal youtube videos, please use 30/60fps as that is what most creators seem to use so it's what my eyes expect.
