Being from the UK as well and travelled to many countries around the world, I will say KL is definitely my favourite city along with Bangkok, Singapore, Dubai, Rome, Barcelona, Lisbon, Jakarta and Istanbul. Petronas Towers at night is awesome but I love going around KLCC Park. Other places worth visiting are Perdana Botanical Gardens, KL Bird Park, Merdeka Square, Jamek Mosque, KL National Mosque, Thien Hou Temple, National Monument, Istana Negara, Little India, Chinatown, Batu Caves, top of KL Tower and Eco Forest - even a half a day trip to Putrajaya is worth it

@@keangwooichoo6138 That is part of the problem but there were other issues that was worse when I did visit there. However, I don't want to put negativity of this country because I did enjoy Kerala and Jaipur (and the food) but unfortunately there were more cons than pros that I've experienced when I went there for a month as a tourist

Actually, we do have dolphins in Malaysia. Not very common nowadays but mostly are available around the local islands especially the inhabited ones. I personally have encountered one on a fishing/island camping trip and according to our boatman, there's a school of dolphin living around the island (located somewhere in the northern state). Bad news for us is, when dolphins make their appearance, the fish stayed at home. 😂

There's a huge native (not migratory) Nurse Shark that lives amongst the islands off the coast of Kedah. A friend from Pertahanan Awam who encountered it during a sea rescue exercise said that it is bigger than their boat. Enough to scare the light out of them when they saw it's dark silhouette passed under their boat the first time.

Just wanted to say, you made a good choice visiting Malaysia around this month were the weather is either rain or just cloudy in Malaysia until January, every year. But i know this is just summer weather for western people, but it is cold for us in Equator line were the usual weather is so hot that make you feel like being cooked alive 😂. Greetings from southern Malaysia Johor, thanks for visiting Malaysia 😊

Enjoy your stay, Guys!!!!! If you can stand the humid, hot days and rain, then you will enjoy it. If you find yourself hot and sweating, just go to any mall, sit inside for a few hours and you will be fine. LaLa Port (Near Time Square), there are fewer people and you can sit there whole days with your laptop and enjoy free internet. That is what we Malaysians do. That is why we have many malls.

@@khairulmuzzamirmatkassim4500 Almost all Muslims are fundamentally dishonest, uneducated and ignorant. You've been lied to from birth and have never been told the truth about halal v non halal slaughter. As a Muslim you have probably never tried non halal meat so wouldn't even know what it tastes like and yet somehow you think you know better? You don't. You can never trust what a Muslim says so when you read what appears to be scientific reports from Muslims that say halal meat is better they're lying. They also lie when they claim pork is unhealthy because the reverse is true. In both halal and no halal slaughter the animal is immediately hung to drain out the blood. How it is killed, either by a bolt gun to the head or knife to the throat makes no difference because in both cases the throat is slit. In the case of both halal and non halal slaughter animals in most countries are usually pre stunned with an electric shock to the brain to reduce their distress. By all means comply with your silly religious requirements but leave it as that and don't make false claims about it tasting better. What does make a difference is how an animal is treated and what it is fed throughout its life and the difference between a shop bought and kampung chicken is obvious. How it is slaughtered however is irrelevant. Another example would be the terrible quality beef that's sold in Malaysia compared to that coming from countries free from foot and mouth disease. The method of slaughter makes no difference because non halal beef from Europe, the US or Australia will always be better because they're cattle are disease free, better looked after and are better breeds.

I guess infrastructure can be somewhat compared to NYC but just for the public’s information and not trying to downplay your video…..nyc can’t be compared to any other modern city in the world. NYC is beyond that comparison when you observe first hand the cultural diversity and the creativity of the city. The frank sinatra’s, Bruno mars and many others. The artistic scenes, the pop culture of the 80’s and old Broadway. Please!!!!!

Hey not sensitive at all. I respect everyone’s opinions and I do believe that every country is unique but this is why I stated that KL and NYC which are cities not countries are not comparable. Two totally different animals.

@@robertsmith2464 But in your first description of NYC, you implicitly suggest that NYC is superior with cultural diversity and creativity. Hey KL is a multiracial and multicultural city too with their own creative people and artistic scene which I think you are ignorant about. So please don't name drop all these American celebrities names that Malaysian or Asians don't care about or even heard of them.

I’m not implicitly suggesting anything. My comments are facts. And for you to state that Malaysians and Asians do not care about American artist is totally ridiculous. You are generalizing and speaking on behalf of all of these people. Please nyc is filled with Asians who love this city and it’s culture. Who is being ignorant?
