SUGA actually at first was going to be just their producer, not member. He produced many great songs for BTS. For example, he is main producer and main songwriter of Ddaeng, Autumn leaves, Let me know, Outro: Her, Jump, etc. He is also the only member who is working as producer for other famous artists and won many awards as producer, including best producer. The song he produced for singer Suran got on the Top 100 Songs of the Decade

If anyone is looking for some good Korean instant noodles that are spicy but won’t disturb your gut for two days, Shin Ramyeon has a black variety that is very good, and as it is a soup instead of just noodles, if the spice is too much, you can take a piece of processed cheese (like Kraft) and let it dissolve in the soup to calm the spice down for your tongue. Another way to calm down the spice on noodles is to top it with a fried egg. The golden yolk of an egg can really help temper spice. If spice is not your thing at all, Paldo company has a good jjajangmen, just make sure it is not the bul jajjang - that is spicy (and delicious). Happy tasting!

As for healthy eating, I would like to eat healthier but I'm not really in a position to do so right now. I avoid animal products as much as possible even though my family makes that almost impossible. I try to drink more water and I've actually not craved sweets in a while. Something about having a bag of jolly ranchers in my room and yummy vegan ice cream in the freezer makes me feel secure and the cravings stop, so I haven't actually had sweets in a good while. Ideally, i would really like like eat more raw veggies and fruits and healthy whole grains instead of processed foods. Red meat is a carcinogen in the same category as cigarettes so I will obviously always avoid that, and dairy is meant for a baby cow to grow ot into a massive adult in just a few months so not a great idea if you're looking to avoid hormone issues and breast cancer so I will always avoid dairy as well. Edit: the edits that have been created with them saying they're just a business relationship are so funny 💀💀 going from the clip to 8th wheeling as they all hold each other's thighs and slap each other's asses can be a shock to people who don't know them 💀💀💀
