Many say he resembles a famous Chinese celebrity. *UAE - A group distributed Team Rhythm jerseys as prize for those who voted for JL. *Philippines - Filipinos saw how talented he is and created social media groups to support his voting campaign as he deserves their support (He is the only 3pick and called by other contestant as Avengers) JL frequently greets fans in different languages, as he is very active in social media and likely sees posts from international supporters expressing their love for him. To that person who said that "this is the definition of famous before debut", fyi i don't kow about jl or even his group not until universe league and i think this is the same case for the most people based on my observations. One thing i also observe about filipino fans when it comes to competitions or talent shows, it's either they will support you or criticize you and they are pretty harsh when critizing so if you have their support that just shows that you have the talent and skills.

Actually Philippines is not really full team rhythm. we actually have rivalry among Filipinos coz others were solid team groove 😭 I'm just glad other countries are fans of JL too most esp China. Chinese are really good when it comes to being supporters. The way they support Chi en, you don't know how much they're all in when it comes to voting their biases. They will really spend 😭 I'm glad they consider JL among their votes. Also just wanna add, I'd like Steven to be the leader. I prefer a leader who speaks English so they're not really gonna have a hard time showing in interviews with diff countries if time comes esp coz this group is global

Ep 8 & 9 was group voting. Filipinos are smart voters. They understand the mechanics. You need to move the players in order to debut. Ep 10, you only have to vote for JL and the whole team will debut. So I ask you, who have been Filipinos voting? It’s Park Han and Juwon in Groove team. They want these two to debut along with TR if (anticipating) that UL would take 2 more. Juwon is safe in ep 10 so, Park Han needed more votes to secure his debut because Ph is all about talent and Park Han has that hands down. And I heard the Chinese are frantically voting for JL too that’s it reached 3M.

I honestly don’t know how you all can watch all these svs. This was my first and my heart can’t take it. 😢 It hurts to hear the hate some are receiving. Particularly the “foreigners“ -including the youngest. It is such a cut throat industry with deep rooted issues that I won’t start to delve into here. I hope the members are well supported in their personal and professional lives and are protected well. And I hope they all achieve their dreams without losing themselves.

JL is not even famous in the Philippines. You could see at the first eps he's not even rank first place but it's woongki.They only show support in news when he already won/debut. During UL he gathered a few fanbase in japan,china and thai (bcus of ten) but most of the filipinos who voted for JL is mellinial 😆 and employed. I was so shocked when I saw on tktok they spend 20k to 50k to vote for him. Some of them are not even fan of kpop. Just like me it's my first time to vote. 😅❤ So the popularity he's getting now is well deserved! 💖 Hoping for the AHOF futures... 🎉🙏

I’m not mad about the final lineup I just feel very overwhelmed and feel bad for all the contestants because in my head I thought the way the was going to form the team was 4 member from the winning team and 3 from second and 2 from the last team and I wish they just deputed all 21 of them and have the three sub units because they all deserve to debut for the contestant that got eliminated in the finale I am anxious and excited for their future because I know they are going to do great and I hope they keep reaching for their dream and hope they get picked up from a big/ good company or have like a project group like evnne I will always support them I will be rooting for team groove and team beat especially Kyungho,heejun,gijoong,kenta,kairi,jinho hanseo and other people people.

But i'm just gonna say it, yes it's flawed, but it highkey rigged the best trainees to win lmao (this is one, if not, the most satisfying winners for me when it comes to survival shows) my only loss is Kairi. He carried beat along with woongki, but otherwise everyone from my top 7 pick got in. This is a very solid lineup

Be on the look out for sm new group called hearts2hearts they are supposed to debut sometime in February they have 8 members the oldest being 18 about to turn 19 and the youngest is like 14 or 15 and the concept is supposed to be similar to newjeans omg and f(x) and girl’s generation

honestly i prefer the first performance of team groove than the second one. it's a bit boring to me. also, team groove also have better dancing skills but this is finals, and up to finals they never really shown us diff concepts other than the prison & mamma mia but those are intercept songs and not really their genre. i just want them to try diff vibes like rhythm who showcase their singing, dance and performance quality coz they're "idols" not professional singers. there's a big diff between those two. i'm glad that team rhythm chose cool and cutesy concept now other than their very genre of sexy & dark concepts. coz you can see that no matter what concept they have, they can nailed it.
