7:56 I think sankofa is the name of a radio station in GH. 😂 Other than that I dont have much experience with the term. However, according to the google, Sankofa is a term that means "Go back and get it" or in other words, "You must reach back to reclaim that which is lost in order to move forward ." Also, now that i think about it, if you break down the word, its actually Twi words. Sankofa => San-Ko-Fa, which in Twi means "go back and take". So you can even use Sankofa in regular speech. For example, if you forgot your books in class, your friend would say, "Sankofa your books" => "go back and take your books". I hope this helps lol
