We Went on the Gambler 500. It did not go well.

The XC500R hits the trails on the Golden State Gambler 500. It's a great time (as always), and we get in some amazing views, meet some awesome people, and have snow ball fights. The trinity of excellent adventures.
But nothing comes without a few set backs, and we unintentionally because the first Volvo wagon with 3 wheels...

So my suggestion is when you put bolts through a suspension like that you oversize the holes and use hardened steel pins with a heavy gauge cir-clip to retain it. You all might want to do like I have and invest in a small lathe.

California definitely has inspections, and we are keeping the car as legal as possible. I might need to adjust the fenders now tho...

If you something cheap that will handle that... The Mercedes ml430 s are pretty solid. An ml55 amg with 6 inches of lift.... Hahah

Ha, thanks bud! Portland is a far drive, and is definitely in the cards for a future Gambler. This year I am trying to get to the OG, the Golden State at Yosemite, and possibly a SoCal Gambler. If you're at the OG, come and say hi!
