Always put God first. God is inside of you so putting God first is showing how important God is to you. It should not be about when you have time. Do you know what lies ahead of you? Church starts 9:15 am song service sabbath school lesson study and divine service so they only went to what? 10am and by the way Adventist don't celebrate Christmas

There was no judgment in my comment it was simply a question Furthermore, we all know the proper conduct we should display in church especially as Jamaicans) If you were in court there is an expectation about how you conduct yourself in court. I believe church deserves the same respect.

Jermaine good back to your caribbean old ways of eating , breakfast , eat solid food at 12 or 1 pm then have something light for dinner , hot or cold drink with a slice of pizza or 1 slice of toast , or some oats / cream of wheat porridge , or biscuit and cheese , go to bed with a not to full stomach , eating heavy food at night will make the both of you put on weight
