Hi Thank you for asking, First if you are a tourist you must have a hotel to stay while you are in Philippines to use for your address, Atleast not morethan 30days of stay then you don't need a visa entering PH. Second, We book the ticket in booking.com for pearl farm resort this is all included boat, food and accomodation. Not so much registrations just your name and bank account to pay. (Note) You can also pay International bank, but to save more we always widraw cash to pay every single amout to Philippines :)

Yes you have everything there. Food buffet, breakfast, lunch and dinner. When you arrived you will be having a welcome drinks and snacks :)
