Yes! Wheelchairs and sand don’t mix! We went to orange beach Alabama a couple years ago. We had to just walk her with our hands. I love that he liked the beach! Little Florida boy!

We had a hard time getting wheelchairs through sand too.. then decided to pull the chair behind us rather than push in front of us.. MUCH easier. Try it with Leons chair. Get Leon some carseat strap covers. They just velcro around the strap and are soft. 😃

We did end up pulling the stroller and the wheelchair instead of pushing it but it was still a struggle lol

Leon sure had fun. I can't imagine being in water at the beach. I live in PA where we have a lot of snow currently, can't get out of our driveway the snowplows have blocked us in. We live near Lake Erie and the shoreline is a bit frozen. Sp weird the weather in different places. I love seeing how Leon enjoys himself so much.
