PRE ALPHA #23 - MAJOR TEST
Fourth Day
Early morning ART's Homestead has collapsed and dozens of Remnants surrounding it. Discovering about their boats, we slowly took them one by one, this will nullify their way of escaping. Then we gathered some warriors and archers to go around north and over the aqueduct, closing in towards our enemies, the left flank is trying to break their left (our pov) but distraction came in, after a nut brain horseman charged his horse behind us and losing it in process. Some of our line then went on his side and this cause a full engagement, which we lose.
On the second attack, we told our archers to drop their bows and grab swords. This gave us more muscle and eventually outnumbered our foe. Well it was also because of my "Schmeat"
Siege of Blud Castle
Travelling from Axbury to Ravenhill was alright, but ravens and animals are still the problem for logistics. However Ravenhill is situated across this massive river, so we (Brandoid) came up with idea to make a boat bridge, which was luckily not detected by Remnants. All is good and deposited in a family hall, it was finally time to set out camps. In total we ended up having 4 Camps (not exactly sure), although some are just there to be a decoy, but then used as actual camp due to numbers that are spawning in.
Huge Ancient numbers have breached one of their Homesteads (north of Blud Castle), but then were idle, since the Ram went far north. Long time waiting, people went impatient and some logged off. When the Ram finally reached our location, we pushed up towards their northern walls, while CDC (French) made a breakthrough on their west, seizing their outer walls from them. Met with shower of arrows, our archers couldn't reach their positions. We were also running out of sieging tools like the Oil Flask & Arrows, even though there were logistics coming from Ravenhill from time to time. Hours of stalemate and people logging off (late time in EU), the Siege of Blue Castle has been called off.
