Sometimes it's hard to have faith and believe, especially when you're in the middle of the storm. But look at the beautiful thing that was born from such difficult beginnings there in Ghana! I have not decide if I will raise chickens or Guinea in the future! Wish us luck, our family’s didn’t want us to move further away, where we are living too! But we had to do what would make us to be more happy in life! They don’t even want us to be doing, what we are doing right now too! Those Guinea fowls behave like my grandmother’s chicken. They leave out in the morning mix with neighbor’s chickens but know how to return to their own house in the evening. Same with dogs and cats. Just a question, how come pets here in the US can leave the house and are unable to return? Nextdoor has numerous announcements of lost pets.

I recommend bantam silkie chickens to brood your eggs. They are so broody and would sit on any egg. Such a prolific homestead.
