Just want to say again that I love the fact that you guys don't rely on all that ghost equipment and apps to get "evidence". Just keep quiet and listen and whisper or gesture back and forth. 100%. Sometimes I think investigators rely too heavily on technology when a good pair of eyes, ears, a watch, notebook and pad is all that is really needed. A lot of the gadgets are gimmicky and unreliable.

Hey guys, iv been to a few pubs that were left to the the arsonists and copper thief’s, and people who just love to flood them out! And left in absolute horrific conditions where the floors roof are just falling to bits!! These are mostly in Birmingham! Makes me so angry that we have people that are so destructive to left empty buildings! It’s great to see you guys have found one in not bad condition! We discovered in our house that (via recorder), you can only hear conversations really well at the same time that someone comes up or down our stairs! Those 'brass things' are harness medallions. It is nice to see people being quiet and letting things happen and not talking over the sounds and yelling 'Did you hear that??!!' at each other. It is also nice to hear you saying you don't know what it is, it could be animals moving about. I still don't why people think you have to go at night for these things. Spirits don't have 'time'. If they are there, they are always there. Night just makes it more dramatic, I suppose.
