@@ImGilbertfun fact paste eating baby, only herosword and attunementless can make room for reinforced post shrine, MOST OTHER WEAPONS are punished for trying and lose stats for it, and also notice how many legendary split scaling weapons you see in chime safe for a few hero swords. I may be hot ass at the game but at least understand the stat meta before joining the comments of a punchee video (location with the lowest known brain power safe for your moms birth canal) and saying “HHHDURRR.. B-BUT PEOPLE USE CARD LES DMG GODSEEKER SPIDERS TOLD ME!” And then queuing up chime of conflict seeing “you have one skull remaining” with 40 drowns

People thought it reduced the amount of incoming pen by 40 units, we'll be subbing percent for units here. For example, if someone had 80 units of pen, people thought it would subtract 40 units, resulting in 40 units of incoming pen. In reality, it would result 48 units as it subtracts a percent of the units instead of a set amount.

it does what he mentions is that how it's only 40% of the incoming pen will be nerfed but berserk will still add some extra pen over the reinforced armor because how it works is 40% of initial pen like the percentage not like the actual pen

That's not how it works, Reduce by 40% is not *Negate* 40% an example Would be 40% of 50% Pen(Cap without MTP/Ether Overdrive), 40% of 50% Pen is 20, so they'd still have 20% Pen The average Build that relies on Weapon probably has around 30-40% Pen So Reinforced Armor would change that to 12%-16% You still have Pen but if they have Reinforced Armor its Reduced by a good amount

Wanna do basic math with me.. 50x.1 (100%) = 50 50x0.9 (90%) = 45 50x0.8 (80%) = 40 50x0.7 (70%) = 35 50x0.6 (60%) = 30 Now whats 100-40. 60. Its 30% penetration.
