Brief video in relation to what's to come for Shaman in Phase 2.

Very cool thanks for this. Never played shaman before (ret pure) so this is cool to see. No matter what 20% chance to have an extra attack, and a button which gives you an extra attack to extra attack off of said extra attack is gonna be fun.

just as a note the corrupter quest chain was listed at 25 before sod came out on launch it req 26. This quest chain gave a 963 armor shield. Most likely they will do the same to venom to the undercity. If this is the case then we will not be able to obtain the honorguard chestpiece at 40.

thank you for representing the enhancement spec. there is no much enhancebois out there. did you use dw before getting dw rune while leveling ?

sort of ye - did majority of green quests and spammed dungeons with friends as much as possible for prebis so DW all the way since rune was discovered

The fact that you had anything to say about Stormstrike besides "Please do not ever take this unless you are exclusively doing 2H PvP" makes me question the validity of the entire videos contents. Stormstrike is and has always been an absolute joke of a talent. It's significantly more expensive than it should be and 20%x2/20seconds is one of the single most negligible damage increases that has EVER existed in the game. It provides you less DPS than a rank 1 Hunters mark provides those that benefit from it. I will agree that It is indeed "Massively important". With what we know now and without any Runes to improve it drastically either directly or via interaction: It is Massively important that nobody ever talent into Stormstrike outside of fishing for WF procs with a 2h in PvP. You would not even take Stormstrike over Elemental Fury if you could DUAL WIELD TWO HANDERS. Do not take it.

This your opinion and its fine and fair. However we have not ever had Stormstrike on Classic WoW with Duel wield available, nor with the rune that ALREADY boosts it. Stormstrike has been bad in WoW Classic, but in no way would it be NOT worth talenting at 40 especially as you cant get Elemental Fury or Elemental Devastation and still have all good points in Enhancement which you need. Also to your point of fishing WF procs - again back to fact we will be duel wielding and likely both weapons will have WF (if not MH at the very least), which further invalids your point of - its bad for anything but fishing WF procs, which you will want to fish for in PvE content as well. Regardless - a lot of blabbing for spec/ability/build which we cant test, so basing your whole argument on - its shit in WoW Classic, not SoD maybe, doesnt quite stick. Thanks for feedback tho, we shall see how it plays out!

@@ShockTherapy55 This comment did not help your case. It's just the math. The Stormstrike cooldown is far too long as it exists now and we have NO indication that is sure to change. "Keep an eye on Stormstrike" is about as extreme a mention it should be given until we have some indication to the contrary. Stormstrike will not and cannot compete with Elemental Fury unless something changes significantly about it. it will not be worth talenting unless there are new changes or interactions with it.

hey - well depends what other weapon you got at your disposal - I'd probably go with dagger in main and slower axe/mace in off
