jai shree mataji,i am from PUNE , i own tata altroz like 6-7 months ago i purchased, i havent seen any errors of mistakes in terms service or anything from service end. my elder brother ownes tigor frpm 7 years whose experience is kinda same like mine. i am a proud owner of TATA altroz and i feel like its a big flex according to me that i own a TATA not only with 5 star rating but also with fit and finish compared to its rivals, felt very sad after seeing the title of this video. maybe its regional service providers fault which are not keeping up with it but on other hand Altroz has been a banger Launch from TATA.

Firstly...Thanks for highlighting these service issues ! I also have an Altroz DCA in Telengana. It's been 2 years since it was bought. Very very satisfied with the TATA service experience. Car is anyway butter smooth. Driving car very fast is not my need so power is apt as per need. Have driven in good ghat roads and its very promising

Bhai..mere pass altroz dark edition xz h....do din pehle truck se left side takkar ho gyi.. gajab ka strong steel h... service centre gya ..claim ke ly dal diya aur bola 1 hafta bad left gate aajayega to ap car leke aajayiyega..........bhai metro city k service centre ka nhi pta....bt hmar side service centre full supportive h...aur highway p mileage economy mode p 19 ka avg..city me 10 se 12.............bhaai saftey h to city me 10 12 mileage casually h.....swift bi 12 13 se jada mileage nhi dene wala traffic to traffic......bhai speaker bawaal h......aur engine bi behtar........thoda pickup low h other k compare me...bt hme koi race nhi lgana h...its ok...thats is my experience

I honestly think, and you have covered it very well that Tata a couple of years ago was in a very good position. Also, their products like nexon, altroz, tiago have done very well. They really were on the path to become world class company. But if they dont work on providing good service and especially fixing their electronics and engine refinements, then they will never be able to compete with other companies. I own Altroz dca, and the engine check light goes on and off without any reason. The infotainment system just hangs sometimes. As you said, it is a solid car but backed by extremely poor brand experience.

After sales of Tata and mahindra are equally bad. Overall Mahindra cars are better than Tata passanger cars but rusting issue is there in Mahindra as well. There is non one even close to Suzuki/Toyota in terms of engine refinement and quality. Hands down.

Im thinking of shifting to EVs completely. I recently bought Tigor ev for city ride and found it to be very handy and fun to drive in city. I was thinking of upgrading my altroz dca to CURVV ev but Im sceptical about tata's QOS/QOP. Problem is there is no good alternative in EV segment other than tata. Mahindra xuv 400 has poor range and MG is dont trust much bcos of it being a chinese brand.
