We Woke up Early for the Sunrise • Kenyan Tea • Village Life • Vlog

I have really been missing the sunrise lately since I always sleep in! I decided to set my alarm and get up early.. and hopefully change my sleep schedule since I love being an early riser.
I made some classic Kenyan tea and enjoyed a cup with George as the sun came up. It was a great start to the day.
We prepared some coffee orders for our customers, planted some avocado seeds, and played with our nine puppies.

Hi, thanks for the vlog. I have a tip, on making chai. When making chai, for it to really get the taste for spices, start by boiling water add milk, spices, then tea leaves last, bring to a boil. Don't add tea leaves first it will be very strong if you add tea leaves first . Final product will be light to medium brown like a latte. Anyways just thought to share, try this and let me know how it taste. 😊

Mama Liam i choose to differ. First boil the water (Cook the water first by boiling it) then put the Tea leaves to boil. Tea is a herb so Boil it to extract its goodness then add ginger, cinamon etc let it boil some more to extract the ginger and Cinamon herbs. At this stage you can drink it as strong tea. From the jug you can choose to add add honey and lemon to your cup or avoid thr lemon and add milk. You definately will taste the difference. Thank me later.
