Correct me if I’m wrong but everyone is getting so mad over nothing like, the votes are only the peoples PREDICTIONS of what game will win, even if a game wins in vote predictions it still won’t win an award because Roblox are the ones who choose who wins the award not the people. as a person who did NOT vote tsb, here are some of my views: 1.tsb did not deserve to be in the strategy genre you mash buttons, which does not require "strategy", people also need to understand that skill is not strategy, they're different things. 2. the voting is rigged these past few days in the innovation awards have been nothing but a popularity clash. take deepwoken vs. blox fruits for example, many will agree that blox fruits is a worse game than deepwoken, and despite that, since blox fruits have more players, blox fruit won. this is no different with what happened to best strategy, i would say tds is pretty much the only game which requires strategy (anime defenders is a 99% gambling 1% strategy so we dont include that), and yet tsb won despite it being a fighting game. 3. bribery this award voting has been played like an election by the tsb devs, giving benefits to kids who does not understand what an award show is. the award show is meant to give awards to the best games, not the games which provides the best incentives and benefits for players to vote for. however, as you can see, the game with the best incentives (tsb) won because "free kj" 4. void promises, null hype, lame excuses the incentive that "we will work faster on updates" is not quantified. this is most likely a lame excuse by the devs, trying to make their job look like volunteer work. Devs updating the game should be done regardless of rather they win an award or not. Plus, they do not exactly show how "fast" they will be after the award wins, because that cant be quantified, and development speed cant be either. this created a fake promise that "the devs will update faster if we vote" that could be easily seen through as an excuse if the tsb player base isn't so blinded by hype. edit: omg I started a war

Tsb is in a way, a strategy game. By using your moves you can make combos and even enhance your performance by utilizing little mechanics with your moveset to make techs, using techs and moves to create combos. Not to mention you have to use strategy's to counter and defeat opponents. By using techs that can waste their evasive so your combo can run longer and deal the most damage. The strategy in most fights is to catch them with m1s or forward dashing to start a combo. Another strategy would be trying to get their evasive out of them to win. That's the two main strategy's I've seen experienced players use, but in fights against characters there are ways to counter them like blocking, and catching them when they have end lag after a move. This can be shown when you block deadly ninja's whirlwind kick, if you block it you have around 2-3 seconds to react and effectively counter with your m1s. Alongside with that a majority of deadly ninja's moveset is blockable so if they use moves at random times you can block as much as possible which is a strategy, maybe not the best if they are skilled with it but nonetheless it is still a strategy. That's four strategys and I have only showed one of the many characters in the game, so just imagine how many more strategies you can use to fend yourself off against other players.

TSB is a bit of a strategy game because of combos and how avoid and dodge moves but it’s mainly a fighting game and there are other games that are better strategy than TSB that were on the list for voting me I voted for TSB in that selection for the points cuz why not I knew that everyone would want free KJ so I chose that and it wasn’t even close in voting compared to the others

If kj gets released in 5 days, my tablet with explode fr. I got an idea but ill get hated for it. My idea is that: -kj is free but in private servers only Or -nerf the damage in kj if they are going to release it on public because it will be to overpowered and to destructive. For now if they didn't released it in game because we lost, people will only loose their minds and just complain about why they didn't release it after they vote.

So here’s the problem: kj might be pushed back to September. I think Rdc is going to be around September, and Flowers said that kj releases AFTER the voting, and I think that voting INCLUDES people’s choice, which will be announced at RDC. So maybe it will take that long but I’m not sure.

5:24 devteam is really sorry, flowers told us to delete the vfx so we did it after that someone named scripts bought the game and added nothing and made those goofy ahh display photos and icons. Also map wasnt like this it was way better but yk og map. Zonez the head dev is currently working on another game and i get hired there as an artist.(Like the cmmnt so the game wont have a worse look)
