Hey guys...INFO...The holes in the cups are so as they cannot be used for drinks. This is for hygiene reasons as the cups have been 'contaminated' by the movie card. I would assume that there is a health & hygiene regulation. Luv & Stuff from Manchester, England

Also if you could fill them up then if you won a cup on the first try you could get one cheap soda. That would mean they might lose a profit on every soda.

Instead of the three prong claw. It should be one finger and you have to get it stuck in the top of the straw hole. Then you have to call the manager when it's the chute because there is no way that cup is falling down. Glad you guys got the ticket from the empty cup! Awesome video! That one cup at the bottom right next to the prize shoot seems to be the only cup that is different so maybe it's the one that had the 10 tickets it is at the bottom of all cups and pretty hard to get so that's my guess it's the red one upside down
