i hate the fact that while these videos should be a lesson FOR EVERYBODY, in the comments there are always people complaining about their randoms. everybody at least one time will be a bad random so we should be humble and watch this video as a lesson from a very good player.

You should make similar video, but where you have 1st or 2nd-3rd picks, I have more difficulty picking a perfect brawper for map than to find counters to the other.

While you still don't know, pick an optimal brawler that counter the usual best brawlers there, or still pick the best brawler to challenge the 1st pick. 3rd picks are also open to support 2nd picks This is from the experience of a player that's stuck on Legend 3 every season

In my opinion you should not always do this. The reason is in diamond banning brawlers like these is useless when your enemy won't pick them. You need to ban brawlers that are good on the map and brawlers your randoms do bad against. And you need to choose brawlers that you can carry your randoms with
