I had a gf who used to provoke me by punting out only my bad side. I listened to her at first and realized if that has to be corrected. I accepted and committed that i won't repeat such bad behavior, but she keep on reminding me only how rude n bad I've been when everything is going well. Now I've understood that i was right about her argumentative nature. All i used to tell her to stay humble n polite if arguments escalate, but it always leads to fights and i felt really insecure, frustrated n angry. That's why i used to tell i don't want to live with you ( in anger only), but i used to say sorry at last and tried to tell her why i behaved the way i did and i don't want that to happen with me and i want to improve myself. It's been a year now and the things are still the same. Finally, I've decided to leave her so that i don't become cruel, frustrated and angry person. I believe in mutual understanding and respect, a polite n peaceful nature. Now, m just trying to forget her totally and this video has clearly helped me.

I actually argued a lot with my parents but there was a time when they were actually stronger and right and I was just trying to hide my weakness but eventually I realised that to improve I have to let go of somethings and some habits. I am working on myself and now I am not as lazy or worthless as I once was but not perfect. I always try to improve myself. The thing I want to convey is that even if you change or you are trying to change people have only a memory of you from which they judge you so there is no point if you talk about your journey instead you should just put 100% focus on the journey and the achievements will show the truth to the people. Don't let your precious time and energy be wasted on something you'd later regret or suffer a loss from.

Right, mostly we argue when we are ourselves in doubt. But when we get clarity, there's no argument. Just commandments.

in my view, problem is not *we don't know who we really* 1. even if so, we are not trying to find who I am ? 2. problem is we think that we are something else which we are not really. 3. false identification of self needs validation to proof. 4. what is real it is does not need any validation.
@raxino77422 күн бұрын
I argue, and I’ll continue to do so in the future. However, I think I need to work on my timing and learn when to stop-essentially, figure out when I’m losing my sense of sanity. I’ve observed that when I argue, after a certain point, I start mirroring the behavior of the person I’m arguing with. If the other person has no valid points to challenge my argument, they often resort to personal attacks. This is the moment I should walk away. But many times, I’ve retaliated and attacked them personally as well. That’s something I think I shouldn’t do anymore because it makes me the very thing I’m fighting against. As Nietzsche said, "He who fights with monsters should see to it that he does not become a monster." I believe arguing can be helpful-it allows one to test their position and identify its flaws for improvement. Edit: I wrote the comment after watching a few minutes of the video, and now I realize you mentioned the very same concept as well. That's interesting!

Since a long time i have been trying to stop argue with anyone, especially with myself over literally insignificant and irrelevant things. The thing is I can now catch my inner impulse to argue, sometimes it gets unleashed but after a couple of seconds I hold its reins. What I observed is my inability to take a solid action which is why I believe is the reason for the inner conflict going on with myself. I do know what I should do, but still i dont do. But why?

24:52 I loved your video, bhaiya. I relate to everything you said, especially when you mentioned how people try to provoke you. This happens to me often; I usually ignore it and give the silent treatment. However, sometimes it becomes overwhelming, and I end up arguing, relying on facts and truth. This approach usually deters 80% of people from continuing the argument, but the remaining 20%-the cunning ones-persist and even try to defame me, which drains my energy. My takeaway is that silence and consistent actions are the best responses.

My takeway from this... while pursuing goal there are 3 stages...startinh stage,transition stage and finished stage...in the 1st two stages our knowledge seems high to us that's why we try to comvince change people or we are trying to prove ourselves by debating...which is harmful for us...cause we r in dunning kruger stage where our confidence is hugh but knowledge is low...so we have to keep quiet listen to all the critics analyze our point of view and DEBATING WITH OURSELVES....then after reaching the goal then also be quiet cause your action will speak to your enemies

Mai Argument ko hmesha isliye avoid karta hu kyoki Argument me jeet ta wo nhi hai Jo ki right hota hai balki jeet ta wohi hai jo nonstop kachar kachar kar sake. Bhale hi illogical point ho lekin un points ko kachar kachar nonstop bolte rhe. Par kabhi kabhi lagta hai ki is se mujhe Log bhag kamzor samjege. Ki ye apna muh bahut jaldi band kar leta hai. Meri last Argument kab huyi Mai btata hu. Ek chaiwale ne meri bike se petrol chori kar liya mene fir us se argument ki wo Banda victim khelne lag gya aur illogical point rakhne lga fir bahut lambi argument ke baad mujhe samjh me aaya ki is aadami se argument karna bilkul sahi nhi hai kyoki ye Kabhi apni galati manega nhi, Mai chup ho gya. Fir is baat ko karib 6 month beet gya Mai bas ek din uske samne gya aur mene apne phone me uska photo liya aur bina kuchh bole wha se chla gya. Wo Banda confuse aur surprise ho gya fir usne mere baare me pta karne ki koshish ki ek ladke se mujh Tak message pahuchaya ki wo Rajinama karna chahta hai Sorry bolne ke liye ready hai

I think people sometimes forget that doing debate and arguments are different ... many people think they are debating but actually they are just doing dirty arguments ... and they just don't understand they are doing it ... Arguments are all about proving yourself right and telling the other people that he is weak .. but irl he is just insecure about himself ... where debate is completely different , firstly it requires knowledge and wisdom to pull of successfully .. even peoples like Socrates consider debate as an important method for sharing knowledge between two persons ... but it is very important to conduct debates between intellectuals cause debating with fools will always lead to an argument ... and they'll end it with dirty things ..
