I respect everybody who really trains and who spends a lot of their lifetime hours on the mat so please dont think Im trolling or talking sht but I have to ask have you ever actually done any of this stuff to anyone for real?

Yes mate that's a fair question. And yes I have. I'm not going to bait myself out in public. I've had 2 of my clients use the side kick to the knee. More recently one of my clients used it against outside London Bridge station someone tried to grab his phone. If you google urban Krav Maga student experiences. And under the guard the coffees there's example of a student under our organisation using some of the techniques I've showed. I'll have to do my own blog post with clients using my techniques.
