Hi Sirs, I'm a reviewee for CPALE exam, medyo tagilid po yata yung trust fund na di na masasali sa estate (disclaimer: pa confirm nalang sa tax advisors kasi as I've said reviewee pa lang haha). Masasali sa estate kapag ang beneficiary ay ikaw, ang estate mo, o ang executor ng estate mo. Para di masali dapat third person beneficiary (pwede ang wife, kids, atbp) at dapat irrevocable designation. Iconfirm nalang sa tunay na tax expert haha. Like your videos by the way 😁
